These are the terms for using rrflows.com, the marketing website of RRFlows LLC. They cover your use of this site and nothing else. If we sign a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement with you, that contract governs the engagement and overrides anything here.

What this covers

This document covers your interaction with rrflows.com: reading our pages, watching our walkthrough videos, submitting the contact form, clicking through to our work. It does not cover paid client engagements, which are governed by a separate signed contract.

What we do

We operate this website. We publish information about our services, our work, our team, and how we engage with clients. We respond to contact form submissions. We update content from time to time. That's the full scope of what these terms cover.

What you do

You agree to use the site honestly and reasonably. Specifically:

• Don't scrape the site or automate requests against the contact form
• Don't submit false information through the contact form or impersonate someone else
• Don't attempt to compromise, probe, or reverse-engineer the site for competitive purposes
• Don't use the site to send malware, phishing attempts, or harassment
• Don't republish our content on your own sites or claim it as your own

We reserve the right to block IP addresses or accounts that violate these conditions.

Intellectual property

The writing, design, code, videos, and brand assets on rrflows.com belong to RRFlows LLC. Our methodology, frameworks, and case study narratives are ours. You can read, share links, and quote us with attribution. You can't republish or rebrand our content as your own.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and online, but we make no specific guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Pricing examples, case study metrics, and project timelines are illustrative and reflect specific past engagements. Your project will be different. The site may be unavailable for maintenance, hosting issues, or reasons outside our control. We'll restore it as soon as we can.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, RRFlows LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to this website is limited to one hundred US dollars.

This liability cap does not apply to engagement contracts (SOWs, MSAs), which have their own liability terms.

Third-party links and content

We sometimes link to external sites (video recordings, client sites, documentation, etc.). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on rrflows.com is always current. Continued use of the site after we update the terms means you accept the new version. If a change is material, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page so you can tell something shifted.
