Six workflows we've shipped.

Five workflows. One partnership.
A member chatbot, a member CRM, a contact-form pipeline, multi-platform social media automation, and a full magazine production suite, all running on FTC's own infrastructure.
A member chatbot that answers from their own archive.
Their members were emailing the same questions every week. We ingested their document archive into a Pinecone vector store, wired the embedded widget to an n8n RAG workflow, and shipped on their existing site in four weeks. Bot answers from FTC docs only, with citations. Staff handle edge cases. We monitor the run log.
A CRM matched to how their team actually tracks members.
A Google Sheets-backed CRM that matches their existing process instead of forcing a new one. Daily status updates, weekly metrics, and renewal reminders run on schedule via n8n. Deployed on their own instance: no SaaS seat fees, no data leaving their stack.
A contact-form pipeline that routes to the right inbox.
A contact-form pipeline that takes inbound messages from their site, validates and sanitizes the payload, and routes the result to the right inbox in Outlook based on topic. No Typeform, no Formspree, no middleman. Just their site, their n8n, their inbox.
Multi-platform social posts with a Slack approval gate.
A staff form kicks off content generation. GPT drafts platform-specific copy for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram. A Slack approval card surfaces all four previews with approve/reject buttons. On approve, a shared Publisher sub-workflow logs to the Content Calendar and pushes to every platform. Same pipeline reused across welcome posts, event promo, and member spotlights.
A full magazine production suite, intake to publish.
Six workflows behind the FTC magazine. A branded contributor form captures 17-field submissions. Outreach sends personalized invitations with custom subject lines and campaign tracking. A daily digest summarizes contributor status. Outlook-triggered purchase tracking parses Zeffy emails and posts to Slack. A Content Organizer assembles complete articles with AI-generated pull quotes and TOC. Every step lives on FTC's own n8n.
